Here is our sweet little Hunter! After a lovely projectile throw up in his bed, he is feeling 100 percent!
It started out as a fun summer trip west to the ranch....now we live here. Our days are filled with the serenity of the mountains, the beauty of the high desert and the adventures of life on the ranch.

Bike riding
Katie has definitely outgrown her bike! I took the kids on a 4 mile bike ride, and this is the pace that Katie kept.
Yeah, I know, can you even see her?
She was not very happy about it!

Officially a local
So everyone here uses the bulletin board outside of the post office to post any sort of news. It is usually stuff like a lost dog, some sort of lesson you have to offer like music , any upcoming events, warnings, and things like that.
Do you see the green rectangle? That is me! I put that up there.
I was supposed to merely be a Girl Scout helper, however, the woman who was supposed to be the leader completely bailed and now I am the leader!
So, I hung a little something up on the bulletin board to let people know!
So now that I have hung something on the bulletin board, I am officially a local!
That is like a rite of passage here!
Making a plan
So, the drywall was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but it had rained. The mud was unbelievable! I had to go up and help Scott get the truck and trailer with the propane tank out of the mud. And I just had no idea the amount of mud!
We waited all week for things to dry out. Scott did a lotta road work this week!
But the great news is, the drywall is in the house!!!
And the Sun smiles down on us
This was our morning. A little rain. A little sunshine. And then the drywall trucks arrived!
