I know it does not look like much, and it looks like a total mess, but that closet is real progress!
Scott was very busy while all the kids and I were back in Wisconsin.
Of course, everything had to come out of the closet first and out of the bathroom where there were a ton of boxes. He got all the tile down in the master bathroom as well. And then on Monday we worked together and grouted it.
I did not want to get too pushy, but I was really excited about what's Scott's closet looked like and was hoping that mine would be next, which it was!
I am not sure that I can put into words exactly how it feels to be able to hang all my clothes up and have a spot for all my things. I'm sure it seems very petty, but I finally feel like I am now being supported by our new house. Before it was just feeling like living in this state of constant construction. Not to mention that it has been 18 months since I really had anything hung up on a hanger! Maybe it seems dumb and hard to understand, but when everything around me is in disarray it kind of starts to make me feel a little overwhelmed, disorganized in my thoughts and just like everything is a mess. So these closets, to me, are huge!
