It started out as a fun summer trip west to the ranch....now we live here. Our days are filled with the serenity of the mountains, the beauty of the high desert and the adventures of life on the ranch.

The arena
It's hard to see, but the calves are all on one side of corrals and then the girls go in and the judge starts the time and yells out a number and they round up that one into the next corral. Whoever gets the most in, in order, wins.
